I did an evening sea watch with Mark yesterday, it was excellent the highlight being a new bird for my Obs year list a Cuckoo, bringing the total to 132
The day totals were 542 Manx, 1945 Scoter 3 Arctic Skuas 2 Bonxies and 2 Med Gulls
So expectations were high for things to continue in a similar light this morning, Mark was coming back in as well, anything could happen............but it didn't, indifferent light and a lack of birds meant a disappointing watch compared to yesterday but still not bad
