Cetacean alert!

5 Dolphin and 2 Porpoise were off Whitburn Obs today on a flat calm sea. If you would like to watch some cetaceans off our coast today would be a good day to look. The Dolphins were north of the Obs and heading north, on the views i got i would say probably Bottlenose. White beaked are about as well so plenty to choose from. Birds were quiet but Common Scoter continued to feature although some were more distant than of late
