Its that time of year when Storm Petrels are passing but you need a bit of luck to connect, i was lucky enough to see 2 this morning.The sea was a nice grey colour and the the Manxies and Puffins looked black and were easy to see. my first at 05.25 went north trailing two Puffins, the size difference is amazing, the second went north an hour later
A Roseate tern north made for an excellent watch
