Arctic Skua and 7 Manxies passed Whitburn Obs by 8 o'clock this morning. Saint Mark was back and we had a right mixed bag.It was sad to see our Swifts starting to head home they don't stay long. We cut our sea watch short to go looking for some of the County's scarcer birds in the south west with mixed results as you would expect but still a great days birding
This is what we saw on our sea watch in order of appearance
