258 Common Scoter passed Whitburn Obs by 7am, adding to yesterdays total of 1671, but the Surf Scoter hasn't showed, maybe later today...........It was a quieter day with the wind moving around to the west but still interesting with a flat calm sea, looks perfect for a Stormie
