Game of two halfs...........

95 Pink feet, 30 Little Gulls and a Med Gull passed Whitburn obs by 10.30 this morning. After the mega Little Auk passage it was business as usual with only 2 passing for DL to get his year tick. Derek joined me briefly this morning then later Hoggie and it turned out to be a decent sea watch despite a slow start. The early bright sun didn't help but as cloud cover moved in the birds improved. This is what we saw in order of appearance

I joined Magic Mark for a couple of hours
He had had some good birds on his afternoon watch including Long tailed Duck before i arrived . I managed to see the following with him
