Calm before the storm....

Marsh Harrier went south past Whitburn Obs this morning on a quiet sea watch. Stoney was in the house and we did our best not to fall asleep. My second Marsh Harrier of the year was a bonus but well distant.
Conditions were very calm but we could see the storm coming from the north and just got to our cars as the rain started. Am going back later to enjoy the gale force winds and see if they blow anything my way
