It wont be long till summer comes...the terns are back in town, terns are back in tooowwn....

44 Black tailed Godwits went north past Whitburn Obs early morning on an interesting mid week watch. They looked like a distant slick as they moved north low down over the sea  Plenty of variety today and yes just like the Lizzy song the terns are back in town. It makes for a much more interesting watch and there is always a chance of something amongst them like Black or Rosy
