Breakfast with the Dolphins...

An adult Little Gull went north past Whitburn Obs this morning. The White beaked Dolphins came on the scene quite early and were still in the area when we left.Stoney was in the house and this is what we saw in order of appearance, plus yesterdays sightings

Wednesday 8th July 05.00-07.00 WNW1-2 becoming NW2 full cloud cover/drizzle

06.40 Whit beaked Dolphin 2s close inshore
06.55 White beaked Dolphin 6 plus south also 2 youngsters breaching close in shore
Its difficult to be sure how many Dolphins were about but i feel the early group going north were different
