there's a hole in my bucket dear liza........................

Great northern Diver, Velvet Scoter and 3 Little Gulls passed Whitburn Obs by 10am today. The rewards were there today if you were prepared to put the time in and Magic Mark and myself did our best. The sea watch had to finish at 10am as i had a shift with the donation bucket at the Myrtle Warbler. I have to say birders in general are a generous lot. The collection is for the local schools nature club, RSPB projects and the Cameron Bespolka Trust. Its well on its way to a very healthy one thousand pounds well done to all involved
This is what we saw today in order of appearance
